Remember Judge Hannah Dugan?
Well, as the "no one is above the law" tour continues, the Milwaukee judge arrested by the FBI for sneaking an illegal alien out of her courtroom to evade ICE just had her month get even worse.
The Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge was formally indicted for allegedly confronting ICE agents and giving them false information that allowed an illegal alien and his attorney to leave through a different exit.
As reported by NBC News:
Dugan was arrested last month and charged with obstructing or impeding a proceeding before a department or agency of the United States, and concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest.
The maximum penalty for the counts is a total of 6 years in prison and up to $350,000 in fines. Dugan is scheduled to enter her plea to the charges Thursday morning.
As we originally reported here, Dugan was one of the judges the Trump administration sought to hold accountable for failing to enforce immigration laws.
On the day of her arrest, Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Fox News: 'If you are harboring a fugitive, we don't care who you are, if you are helping hide... anyone who is illegally in this country, we will come after you and we will prosecute you. We will find you.'

The Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended Dugan following her arrest, pending the outcome of the case.
Look on the bright side, Judge Dugan, maybe some judge will neglect to do their job and let you sneak out the back door to escape justice, too.
