Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, like many Democrats in his position, has made a really strong case to be considered the country's worst mayor. He allowed his city to be burned down in the Floyd riots, he was a Covid crazy, and he once danced to Somali music while wearing the Somali Flag (because it's Minnesota).
And now he's inviting illegal immigrants to "enrich" his community even further.
I want to speak to people who are undocumented. We love you. We care about you. In the city of Minneapolis we will stand up for you and we will do anything in our power to help.
Because you're not an alien in our city, you're a neighbor.
Now in Minneapolis we have something that is called a separation ordinance. And that separation ordinance states clearly that our city officials, our police officers and beyond, will not be gathering information showing who is and who is not documented ...
Our police officers will not be cooperating with federal law enforcement around federal immigration law ... As for cooperation with ICE, the answer is no.
Wait a minute ... I thought Minneapolis had abolished the police by now!!
I guess the police are still there to fulfill their duty to ... uhh ... protect foreign invaders and give them shelter within their city.

For real, I hope that Homan was serious in what he said in response to Denver's mayor making similar statements on illegal immigrants:
Obstructing immigration authorities and sheltering illegal aliens, particularly dangerous criminals, should be in and of itself a crime.
But Jacob Frey seems to be proud of his anti-American efforts.
And he's running for a THIRD term.
