It happened again!

This time, in his home state of Kentucky, Mitch McConnell was asked by a reporter if he planned to run for reelection and, once again, he simply froze.

I am not a doctor, but this is the second time this has happened and it looks like the dude is having a seizure.

Ironically, this happened while he was being asked about possibly running for another six years in office.

I'm not trying to be mean, but why is he still in office?
