Missouri's AG is suing New York for "unconstitutional lawfare" after conviction of Donald Trump

Hey, you wanna prove that the Constitution ain't dead? Then you better get behind this effort to enforce Constitutional order from Missouri's AG.

If we want a return to the rule of law, we need Missouri and Andrew Bailey to win this case. The Attorney General explains further:

New York's bogus conviction against Trump affects voters across the country, so this gives grounds for Missouri to sue. And if you're in a red state, maybe you should encourage your AG to do the same.

'Radical progressives in New York are trying to rig the 2024 election. We have to stand up and fight back,' he [Bailey] exclusively told Fox News Digital ...

Bailey's office noted that the lawsuit will go straight to the U.S. Supreme Court because it is a state versus state action. His office said it will be titled 'Missouri vs. New York.'

Here's the strength of Bailey's case. If he can prove collusion between the Biden Admin and New York court then those are grounds for dismissing the entire case as a political hit job.

'The investigations and subsequent prosecutions of former President Donald J. Trump appear to have been conducted in coordination with the United States Department of Justice,' Bailey alleges, adding that he believes that allegation is demonstrated in part by the move of the third-highest ranking DOJ official, Matthew Colangelo, to the Manhattan DA's office to help prosecute the criminal case, N.Y. v. Trump.

In addition, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg worked alongside New York Attorney General Letitia James in pursuing civil litigation against Trump, using that experience as a springboard from which to campaign for his current position, Bailey notes.

Man, can we get about 20 or 30 more Andrew Baileys across this country? Talk about a man who won't back down!

Amen and amen! We need conservative warriors like Bailey all over the place!

Stand up and be counted!
