New York Democrats want to BAN masks on subway because a certain masked group keeps carrying out anti-semitic attacks

Would ya look at that?

Governor Kathy Hochul and NYC Mayor Eric Adams have both made statements over the last few days indicating that they want to ban subway riders from wearing masks.

Adams: I think now is the time to go back to the way it was pre-Covid, where you could not wear masks to protests.

Do you think so, Mayor Adams? Do you think?

Now, after the entire country was torched by masked BLMers and Antifa in 2020 who wore masks because they were just so afraid of the WuFlu, you think that the masks should be banned.

I hate to say it, but we've been saying this since 2020 and 2021.

Bandits wear masks. Masks hide identities. They need to be banned in public again.

But the New York Times is even questioning if banning masks is possible.

'I think the governor has gotten ahead of herself,' said Michael Gianaris, a Queens Democrat and the State Senate's deputy majority leader. 'This is not something that has been seriously discussed with the Legislature. I think it's a very serious proposal with all sorts of ramifications that may be unrelated to what she's trying to get at.'

Mr. Gianaris added that the increase in antisemitic acts in the city was troubling but that regulating what people wear when the risk of contracting Covid-19 persists was not the solution. He called questioning what people wear on the subway, 'fraught with peril.'

Democrats are running cover for anti-semites who wear masks and harass Jews because, "well, you know, Covid is still out there."

It's "fraught with peril" to tell people what to wear on the Subway now?

No. Pre-Covid the rule was "no masks in public, we aren't going to allow banditos to roam around anonymously." Just put that common sense back in place.

But Democrats are fighting each other because they want to protect the identities of anti-Israel protestors.
