Montana couple whose child was taken away because they wouldn't "affirm" her gEnDeR iDenTity say they now face arrest for speaking out

Last week, we told you about a Montana couple whose child was kidnapped by child services because they wouldn't affirm her chosen gender identity.

You can read all about it here:

Now that same couple say they are facing arrest because they violated a judge's gag order by sharing their story.

Again, this is MONTANA!

... With a Republican governor, best known for body-slamming a lib reporter, but who is too afraid to get involved with the Rainbow Mafia.

The Kolstad's lawyer has informed the couple that they will likely be facing immediate arrest once they return home to Montana from a trip to Ohio where they are currently caring for a sick relative.

Here's the latest on the Kolstsad's from Reduxx:

'We were very concerned, but not surprised, to learn from a credible source that the Governor of Montana plans to arrest us the moment we step foot back in Montana. We are also told that he has tasked his senior adviser and director of strategic communications to use the media to punish us for speaking out about the state's medical kidnapping of our daughter,' Krista Kolstad said to Reduxx in an exclusive statement ...

Krista continued: 'Any accusation that she was taken from our home due to abuse or neglect secondary to this issue is a bald-faced lie with political foundations. Our daughter is not a political pawn. She is a child and she should be with her family - not the state. We are never going to stop fighting for our daughter.'

Understandably, the couple has no plans to return to Montana right away, given the credible threat of arrest from Montana's "conservative" "Republican" governor.

The Kolstads' legal counsel alleges that Governor Gianforte is engaging in a smear campaign, painting the Kolstads as an abusive couple to justify the state's legal actions and their arrest if they return to Montana.

If you want to hear even more of this story and learn about the Kolstads' fight, Allie Beth Stuckey did an hour-long interview with the couple who is battling for custody of their daughter:

Montana, you need better leaders!
