MSDNC host Medi Hasan went on a bizarre rant about Donald Trump building a moat with alligators in it to prevent illegal immigration, just to prove he's insane.
Then he's asked by Shadi Hamid about how he would react to a 2024 win by Donald Trump.
I think he speaks for all Democrats in his answer:
The man thinks it is literally impossible and inconceivable for Donald Trump to win fair and square.
Forget the fact that he's done it before and all the objections were bogus, he can't even imagine a scenario where Trump wins the election in a fair manner.
Hamid: If he wins in 2024 what are you going to do? Are you going to respect that result?
Hasan: I mean, I dont respect the premise of your question. If he wins in 2024 let's forget. the foul play. How can I forget the foul play when right now the Republicans are trying to change state legislature rules and state voting rules? Right now they are taking steps to make sure the 2024 election is not a free and fair election.
Any election rule this guy doesn't like, or the Dems don't like, is equal to rigging the election.
If you have to vote in person and show an ID that's making the elections unfair?
Hamid: You're not willing to accept that outcome then. That's concerning to me.
Hasan: I'm willing to accept an outcome of a free and fair election. Shadi, as of right now do you believe the 2024 election will be a free and fair election if black people are denied the right to vote, if there is racist gerrymandering continuing-
Hamid: Wait, black people are denied the right to vote? That's the first I've heard- that the vote has been taken away from them?
These Democrats are living in a literal alternate reality.
In what world are black people being turned away at the polls? Where is this happening?
I don't even know what he could be referring to.

It was an absolute smackdown.
Dems never have to actually face down people contradicting their blatant falsehood.
