I wonder if Trump and crew might consider deporting journos too? Maybe sending them to Gitmo?
I saw this "opinion" from MSNBC on Friday morning after the judge ruled Laken Riley's killer guilty on all counts, and I couldn't believe my eyes.
Won't someone think of the poor Tren de Aragua gangbanger from Venezuela who illegally crossed the border, received government handouts, then brutally raped and murdered a defenseless young lady out for a jog?
Yes, this article is indeed real.
Talk about framing! Talk about insanity! The dude who wrote this for MSNBC, Danny Cevallos, is a lawyer himself. His whole piece talks about how "hopeless" this case was for the defense.
The sub-headline tells you exactly where the heads of the MSNBC writers and editor were in this case:
For all the political controversy surrounding Jose Ibarra, the outcome of this trial was never in doubt.
So ... the "political controversy" should have favored the perpetrator, but the evidence was just too great?
Are you saying that the immigration status and protected class status of the killer should have been considered when dealing with RAPE AND MURDER?
Riley's murder became a political rallying cry at this summer's Republican National Convention because Ibarra entered the country illegally in 2022. But for all the political controversy, the outcome of this trial was never in doubt.
Because Trump comforted Laken's family, the trial should have been in doubt?
What in the world??
I'm just going to have to get to the reactions on this one so that my blood doesn't boil out of my skin.
First, we have to tap the sign:
You. Don't. Hate. The Media. Enough.
I'll leave you with this: Laken Riley's note to her future husband about her walk with Christ.
Think about this when you think about a beautiful young woman and her future marriage/children that never stood a chance.
