I'm so happy that brave young lady's mother sent us this video!
This happened just this week in Northern Kentucky.
According to the girl‘s mom, who sent us this video, Cana (pronounced "kay-na") wrote the speech herself and delivered it of her own accord. It was her idea because she wanted "to talk to the people making the rules" lol.
