NBC News must really hate Elon Musk cuz they're claiming the Cybertruck is extra deadly because of its weight. See how it compares!

Guys! We just got more proof that Elon Musk is evil and a complete danger to all of humanity!

NBC News just uncovered this absolute bombshell!

Yes, if you get hit with a Cybertruck traveling 80 mph then you're as good as dead!

See, this car is made by Elon Musk so it's more evil!

Yes, the Tesla Cybertruck has a curb weight of 6,800 lbs! Compare that to the much safer trucks like... well...

It seems like most major trucks weigh just about as much.

According to JD Power, the upper limit for a "light" truck is right around 5,500 lbs. The Cybertruck would compare to a medium-duty like the 2023 F-250, which has a curb weight of 6,480 lbs, or the 2023 Ram 2500 at 6,865 lbs.

There are tens of millions of these medium-to-heavy duty trucks on the roads.

But the "journalists" at NBC think you should be scared of Elon's newest vehicle and think it's basically a Mad-Max tank.

As vehicles get bigger and heavier, they also get deadlier. It's a trend that has some concerned about Tesla's new Cybertruck, a 6,800-pound electric behemoth with sports-car acceleration that experts say will be lethal to pedestrians and occupants of lighter vehicles.

Oh no! The EXPERTS say?

Well, we all know the "experts" are infallible and would never push an agenda. That could NEVER happen!

Michael Brooks, executive director of the Center for Auto Safety — a nonprofit consumer advocacy organization — said the Cybertruck poses a variety of threats to pedestrians...

"Just like Elon says — If you have an argument with another car, you will win — so long as ‘winning' means inflicting life-threatening damage to other humans on the road," Brooks said.

They're really mad that Elon made the truck safe!

Tesla has automated systems to prevent collisions and brake for pedestrians. It also has safety features that better protect the people inside... they think that's a bad thing?

There is a grain of truth here: Smaller electric cars are way heavier than their gas counterparts because of those batteries, and that's a problem for things like pothole crews and parking garages:

But NBC isn't out there criticizing EVs in general (they want you climate-destroyers to give up your minivan or else).

They only have a problem with certain EVs, particularly those made by Elon Musk!

These people want you to think they are serious journalists. How embarrassing.
