The University of Nebraska announced that it's updating its 50-year-old mascot "Herbie Husker" because the character has historically flashed the "OK" hand gesture that those infected with the Woke Mind Virus have decided is now rrrraaacccciiiiissst.

Nebraska Athletics issued this statement:
"The concern about the hand gesture was brought to our attention by our apparel provider and others, and we decided to move forward with a revised Herbie Husker logo."
Congratulations, University of Nebraska, you have no dignity, honor, or backbone. I think maybe you should go ahead and change your mascot to this instead:
