New documents uncover Air Force efforts to reduce “white male population” in officer ranks

While the world descends into chaos courtesy of the Biden-Harris administration, the Air Force have been focusing on something crucial to national security — diversity quotas.

According to internal documents obtained by the Daily Caller, the Air Force is proudly working toward reducing the number of white male applicants in its officer training program. Nothing says "combat ready" like a PowerPoint slide saying "Mission Accomplished" when you get that white male population down by 7%.

The Joint Chiefs Chairman, C.Q. Brown, decided in 2022 that we need more "diversity and inclusion" in the Air Force.

Who needs firepower when you have diversity?

According to these slides — yes, we're running the military on PowerPoint now — the goal is to drop the percentage of white male ROTC applicants from 60% in 2019 to 43% by 2029.

Apparently, we're not worried about China building a bigger navy, but if we don't hit our racial quotas? Disaster!

And in case you were wondering, they're not just leaving this up to chance. No, no, they're actively targeting different demographics. They're spending hundreds of thousands on diversity advertising and even influencer engagements. Because when you're picking up your drone controls or loading up the next fighter jet, it's very important that someone on TikTok is there to tell you how inclusive it all is.

If you're still wondering what happened to the old idea of picking the best people for the job regardless of race or gender, congratulations, you're out of touch with 2024. This is the new military!

James Fitzpatrick, director of the Center To Advance Security In America (CASA), said:

The American people are rightly concerned that, at a time when our country is facing dangerous and increasing threats throughout the world, the Air Force is focused on recruitment efforts based on arbitrary racial diversity goals — not merit or increasing the force's lethality.

Just to top it off, the Air Force initially said they couldn't find any records on all this — whoops, we lost them in the cloud, you know, that white fluffy thing in the sky? But after CASA sued them, they found hundreds of documents showing the Air Force has been pretty busy making sure our officer ranks "look like America."

Meanwhile, morale is low, recruitment numbers are down, and military families are saying, "Maybe skip the military, kids."

But don't worry, the Pentagon's been really good at one thing — turning itself into a DEI factory for the last 40 years.
