We told you that Baltimore and St. Louis brought suit against Kia and Hyundai to try to force the company to implement anti-theft measures which, while common sense in America - a land filled with young people who like to steal, are not so common sense in Korea.
And now New York, which jumped on the trend, has actually won its lawsuit!
Car manufacturers overseas are being punished for crimes committed by American gangbangers.
