Newest Congressional Democrat says "hair discrimination is rooted in systemic racism" 🥴

The adults are back in charge!!!

First, watch this amazing speech on how "hair discrimination is rooted in systemic racism" from the newest Democratic representative in the House, Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick of Florida:

She may sound a bit crazy, but that's because you haven't been paying attention.

Rep. Cherfilus-McCormick is promoting her bill, which has the same name as The CROWN Act, a program started in 2019 by Dove (Unilever), a political group focused on "hair discrimination" called the CROWN Coalition (which includes the National Urban League and the Western Center on Law & Poverty), and a state senator from California.

Here's what their 2021 report on "hair discrimination" had to say:

Look, I've seen a practical deluge of cultural sermons on why we're all racist because of the color of Band-Aids and the availability of certain haircare products. There's merit in the claims that certain beauty standards are unhealthy and unnatural, that they exclude people who don't have certain airbrushed characteristics, and that there are biological differences in hair texture between different ethnic groups. And I'm sure black women have unique haircare challenges that I know nothing about.

But that's not really what this is about.

See, in a sane society, where there's a huge gap in the market for certain products, a bunch of companies would form to get the corner on the market, make a killing, and help people in the process.

And if there are employers out there complaining to employees that their natural hair is too frizzy or short or whatever, they'd cut themselves off from serious talent that their competitors will be willing to gobble up as they run them out of business.

Whoever is competing with these places better hire these ladies stat! Yay free market capitalism!

But in neo-Marxist clown world, we have to prove that society is systemically racist in every dang way, that you are irredeemably racist if your skin color is above a certain shade of pink (the exact levels of melanin that turn you into a racist culpable for all humanity's sin are still being thoroughly investigated), and that every haircare system [read: The Constitution] needs to be torn down and replaced for a more "equitable" future.

In next-level clown world, we then need the people running the freaking country to spend their time in office opining on "hair discrimination" instead of fighting corruption, human trafficking, crime, foreign enemies, inflation, porous borders, pay-to-play regulations, and threats to the Constitution.

In short: We are an unserious nation run by profoundly unserious clowns!
