Democrats are making plans for 2024 and the DNC has chosen to hold their National Convention in the most Democrat of Democrat cities, good old Chicago!
No, seriously, they're doing it in Chicago.
I think it's very bold of Democrats to think that the city of Chicago will still be standing in 2024, given all of their current troubles.
That's showing a lot of faith in the new administration to turn things around.
The city of Chiraq had just under 3,000 shootings last year alone, and that was actually a GOOD year. But crime in the city is incredibly high.
They had 20 shootings this weekend when the President chose the site.
You would think that maybe Democrats wouldn't choose the most famously violent city to shine a spotlight on in 2024, but I guess they'd have a hard time finding any well-run Democrat city.

The Chicago Sun-Times reported that Mr. Pritzker was "among those making upfront guarantees" that "the party would lose no money if Chicago snagged the convention."
Robert Kennedy is running to oust the incumbent, the Democrat convention is being held in gang-controlled Chicago, the parallels to the infamous 1968 election are just off the charts.
While Illinois is not a swing-state, it was chosen because of its proximity to midwestern swing states like Wisconsin and Michigan.
The other finalist was New York City, but, let's be honest, it might be the one city that's run worse than Chicago.
The southern cities of Houston and Atlanta were also considered, but Biden and the Dems really think that Chicago is where they want their grand nomination event held after their unfortunate "virtual" DNC in Milwaukee last time around.
Republicans should take advantage of this choice by Biden and point out how Chicago is the perfect example of total Democrat failure and corruption.
