Not satire: Check out this scene from a new off-Broadway play about January 6
· Sep 30, 2024 · NottheBee.com

I don't know what's gonna be better, this J6 parody film from The Babylon Bee:

Or this off-Broadway play, Fatherland, which is unintentionally satirical and 100% hilarious:

Yes, that's a real scene from a real off-Broadway play about the terrors of January 6, 2021.

And it's one of the funniest things I've seen in a while!

Just in case you're wondering where they got the name:

Babylon Bee Editor-in-Chief Kyle Mann chimed in:

I bet that job gets tougher every day!

Just for fun, here's a review of the play:

'Fatherland' is an unsettling title, a word that movie-goers associate with Germany under the Nazis, but there are several reasons why it fits this true story of the first man to be put on trial for attacking the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021. 'Fatherland' is just as much the story of the man's relationship with his teenage son, who turned him into the FBI. And it is the story of his disturbing worship of Donald Trump.

Okay, that's all the further I'll make you read, cuz these people have gone nuts for January 6th.

A little bit more information on Fatherland:

Here's MSNBC doing the real journalism and interviewing the kid who this play was inspired by.

Corporate media is going all-in on January 6th, and meanwhile everyday Americans just don't care about that day much at all.

Good for the media and the theater kids for remaining out of touch with reality!
