NYC Pizza Shop sells winning $432 MILLION lottery ticket

Maybe I need to be buying something other than pizza from these pizza places...

Pronto Pizza in New York City is set to receive $10,000 for selling the winning ticket in the Mega Millions lottery.

Something is happening over there at Pronto because this is their THIRD time selling a winning ticket ($1 million and $3 million previously)!

(Shoutout to this dude throwing out the "That's a lot of dough!" pun)

Check out this paragraph from the Daily Caller's report that will have all the libertarians seething:

"Although the Mega Millions ticket is valued at $432 million, the winner would receive $192.9 million after federal, state and local taxes are accounted for, according to CNBC."

Oof. That's $239.1 million yoinked by the government.

But I digress...

Anyway, the moral of the story is: instead of buying a slice and a Coke, maybe I need to consider buying a slice and a Mega Millions ticket next time I'm at Pronto Pizza.
