Um… if I recall, this dude was the one who opposed slavery and won the Civil War…

…And he was a Republican.

Is the suggestion here that Greene's party is the party of slavery? Because the Emancipation Proclamation, 13th Amendment, and the first 23 black Congressmen beg to differ.
