Oh look, fellow conspiracy theorists: Ray Epps is finally getting a weaksauce misdemeanor charge in connection with January 6th!
· Sep 19, 2023 · NottheBee.com

They finally got him, you guys. The Fed — ahem, sorry — I mean, uhh, retired Marine Ray Epps has finally been charged for his involvement in January 6th.

Here's Epps telling people to enter the Capitol, though I'm sure you've seen these before.

And now, finally, TWO-AND-A-HALF YEARS LATER, they're charging him with, what, some tiny little misdemeanor?

Ray Epps, a Jan. 6 participant whose removal from the FBI's Capitol Violence webpage sparked conspiracy theories that he was a federal informant, was charged in connection with the Capitol attack on Tuesday.

Epps is charged with one misdemeanor count, disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds. He was charged by information, which suggests that he plans to enter a plea deal.

I love all the conspiracy theory talk here from NBC News. They don't work for the CIA or anything like that, I'm sure of it.

Let's look at the charge:

The criminal information charges that Epps "did knowingly, and with intent to impede and disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business and official functions, engage in disorderly and disruptive conduct in and within such proximity to, a restricted building and grounds — that is, any posted, cordoned-off, and otherwise restricted area within the United States Capitol and its grounds, where the Vice President was and would be temporarily visiting — when and so that such conduct did in fact impede and disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business and official functions, and attempted and conspired to do so."

Disorderly and disruptive conduct. That's it.

Yeah, and they're also trying, with zero evidence, to take down the former president and current frontrunner for the Republican Party in 2024 for inciting an insurrection.

And don't forget about this one:

For leading chants and encouraging protesters to march to the Capitol.

And Epps was out there literally telling people to enter the Capitol as early as January 5th. Not to mention he texted his nephew bragging that he "orchestrated" the breach of the Capitol.

So why does Ray Epps get such a sweetheart deal here?

You're just going to create more and more conspiracy theories.

It's like Hunter Biden being charged for this gun thing. Irrelevant; get to the real stuff. Show us what's under the hood.

But they never will because it's one big club and we ain't in it.
