I'm sorry, but this new proposed bill out of Ohio is hilarious on so many levels. Essentially, it's a troll of conservatives who think women shouldn't have the right to kill a baby in the womb.
Let's take a look:
A potential $10,000 fine for ejaculating without the intent to conceive!

The bill "establishes strict penalties for anyone who discharges genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo."
Fines are structured as follows:
$1,000 for a first offense
$5,000 for a second offense
$10,000 for any subsequent offenses
Let's move past the part where these Dems are unscientific simpletons who don't know the difference between gametes and an embryo (AKA a conceived human being, made in the image of God, with his or her own self-replicating DNA).
Let's focus on who is exempt from the law.
You guessed it: The Gays!
Why? Because it would be offensive if we made rules outlawing sexual deviance and then made gays follow those rules!
Also exempt from this troll bill are "sperm donation, the use of contraception to prevent fertilization, [and] masturbation," the last of which ruins every single joke the internet has made concerning the bill.
Essentially then, the bill outlaws unprotected sex between a man and a woman who are not interested in getting pregnant, which, uhh…
Sorry to tell you, but you're going to get a lot of Christians on board with this troll of a bill. It's simple: Find a partner, get married, have kids.
You're trolling the wrong group of people here!
Furthermore, you're only going to get conservatives excited if you keep talking about men taking more responsibility for fatherhood!
Here's how Ohioans feel about the bill:

One last interesting thing about this bill is that Ohio already allows abortion up to birth (yeah, the "red" state isn't as red as you'd think).
So why is this bill even necessary?
Another similarly stupid bill has been introduced in Mississippi:
I must say to the Dems: Trolling is all fun and games until you realize your terms are acceptable to the group you're trying to troll.
Be careful what you propose in the legislature. You might just get what you ask for.
