Got some wild footage for you here out of Southern Chile, where a man briefly became part of a humpback whale's Saturday taste-test, but was luckily spit back out shortly afterwards.
Bro nearly kayaked a whale esophagus!
Adrián Simancas was kayaking with his father, Dell Simancas, in the pristine waters of Chilean Patagonia when the massive whale suddenly surfaced, momentarily engulfing him and his yellow kayak before letting him go. His father, witnessing the shocking event, recalled the terrifying experience, telling The Press, 'I thought I was dead. I thought it had eaten me, that it had swallowed me.' Thankfully, Adrián emerged completely unharmed, a rare survivor of an encounter that few could ever imagine.
