Cue liberal heads exploding in 3... 2... 1...

Yes, in a recurring event, Donald Trump has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Before you laugh, consider the reasoning behind the nomination.

President Trump's Abraham Accords were an unprecedented accomplishment in the pursuit of Middle East peace, yet they continue to go unrecognized by the Nobel Peace Prize Committee.

I am honored to nominate Donald Trump today for the Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless efforts to bring peace to the Middle East.

I mean, how can you argue that Trump was bad for peace?

He brokered the Abraham Accords, the world was in relative peace until the moment he left office.

Clearly, if anyone deserves a Nobel Peace Prize ... I'm just saying.

Here's how Newsweek is covering this nomination:

Tenney noted that the 1976 Israeli peace agreement with Egypt and the Oslo Accords in 1994 were both recognized with Nobel Peace Prizes, but so far Trump's role in the signing of the Abraham Accords had not been acknowledged.

While the Abraham Accords has been cited as a way to introduce and strengthen Israeli-Arab ties, the historic agreements have also been criticized for so far failing to produce meaningful solutions for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

They've also been "criticized" because it didn't work. I mean, sure it worked while Trump was in office and the deal was in effect. But now that Biden's in office, it has stopped working.

So, clearly, Trump is the one who is a failure.

Or something like that.

This is Trump's 4th time being nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, but so far no one has had the stones to give it to him!
