Boston cops found four children in "squalid conditions" at a drag party alongside drugs and sex toys

Maybe when we reach the point where people can go to a drag party with four children locked away and nobody cares, and city officials try to hide it, I think we've gotten a bit too tolerant.

Yes, this is a real, tragic story from South Boston over the past weekend.

Police were called to a transgender "drag" party at an apartment in South Boston because someone there had died, but the people at the party tried to keep the cops out of the dwelling. The cops found out why when they got inside and found drugs, drag queens, sex toys, a dead body, and four children locked up and living in "squalid" conditions.

"The apartment was in extremely unsanitary conditions. Approximately 6 adults, who appeared to be males, were seen in the apartment," they wrote, saying they subsequently found "four children in the back bedroom being hidden by an adult male from first responders."

I hope the police didn't misgender these dudes' pronoun preferences: That could be a court case in clown world waiting to happen!

According to the incident report the children ranged from ages 5 to 10.

"All of the adult parties were being uncooperative and did not provide helpful information. All adults present denied having children inside the apartment," they wrote.

5-10 years old.

Let me ask you: Why were the children being hidden from the cops at a sex, drug, and alcohol-fueled party hosted by 6 men in drag with no women present?

We aren't allowed to answer that question.

Flaherty, Public Safety chairman on the council, told the Herald Monday night the dead body found on the floor was "from an apparent overdose" and that "a man wearing a wig claiming to be the father" of the kids was found in a back bedroom.

Multiple sources tell the Herald some of the adults were dressed as women when first responders arrived at the scene.

If these men were priests, what do you bet this would be national news?

Instead, it's in the Boston Herald and essentially nowhere else.

Because they're "proud" drag queens.

The four children have since been taken into protective custody. None of the men at the "party" have been identified yet by the authorities.
