A flight from Panama City, Panama, to Tampa was turned back because authorities discovered a potential bomb in the plane's bathroom.

The suspected explosive was wrapped in black plastic and on top of the sink.

When the police investigated, this is what they found:

José Castro, the airport security's deputy commissioner, said,

"We had it on a secure runway where police special explosives canine units and special forces examined the object, and found it to be an adult diaper, ruling out any risk," Castro said.

The report of the bomb came from someone on the plane.

The question I really want answered is whether it was one of those paranoid people who saw the package and reported it.

Or if it was one of those inappropriate people who did his business… and reported it.
