This is, indeed, something we need to talk about:
I have to add that this guy allegedly did this, but with that said: Firing squad.
Here's what happened over the weekend:
Authorities went to the residence in unincorporated Plainfield Township, roughly 40 miles southwest of Chicago, shortly before noon Saturday after a woman called 911 saying her landlord had attacked her, according to the sheriff's office.
When deputies arrived, they found Czuba [the landlord] sitting on the ground, near the home's driveway, the release said. The two victims were found in a bedroom, each with "multiple stab wounds," and were taken to a hospital, according to the release.
Wadea was stabbed 26 times and died from his injuries. His 32-year-old mother, Hanaan Shahin, who had more than a dozen stab wounds, is recovering at the hospital and is expected to survive, the office said.

Did I mention the firing squad?
Seriously, this man just entered the home and started stabbing his tenants, all because they were Palestinian.
There had been zero issues between tenant and landlord before this incident, which leads me to believe, especially since the landlord shouted "you Muslims must die" as he stabbed them, that this was completely motivated by the recent Hamas attack on Israel.
The family's landlord, Joseph M. Czuba, 71, is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, two counts of a hate crime and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, the Will County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
This right here is what an actual legitimate hate crime looks like. It's disgusting, and I'll bet you all the money in my bank account that this man has no idea what the Israel-Palestine conflict actually entails; he probably just saw a report on the local news and decided he was supposed to hate these people.
It's the reality of the world we live in.
This heinous act deserves no remorse from the legal system. In fact, if Illinois could either reinstate the death penalty or transfer this man to a state like South Carolina, that would be great.
My condolences to and prayers for the family, especially mom, who is still dealing with her own life-threatening injuries.
