The media is hellbent on proving that the world's preeminent abortion giant is a wonderful, inspiring, loving organization that makes lives better the world over.
Aw, how sweet. They care! No matter what!
Jessica Chastain is opening up about her difficult upbringing and showing gratitude to those who helped her along the way.
The "Eyes of Tammy Faye" star spoke candidly to The Sunday Times about how she "struggled as a kid" while being raised by a single mom who gave birth to her as a teenager.
"I'm the first person in my family to not be pregnant when I was 17," Chastain told the British publication for a profile published Wednesday.
She said she was able to pursue her dreams because Planned Parenthood gave her access to birth control pills.
"It had a great impact on my life because it gave me choice," she said.
What would we ever do without the loving embrace of Planned Parenthood??
Never mind that there are plenty of other hospitals and organizations that will give free or low-cost birth control.
Or, you know, that maybe we should train our children how to behave instead of pumping them full of chemicals that stop their natural biological processes in order to remove unwanted consequences of actions (while also incentivizing promiscuous behavior).
Oops. Did I say that last part out loud?
The entire point of this puff piece is to show us how amazing Planned Parenthood is โ that institution of Molech that must never be criticized, lest we are deemed to be unfaithful.
There's only one problem with that. Planned Parenthood's primary business isn't birth control.
Over the last few decades, Planned Parenthood has changed the lives of 9 million American babies โ you know, by ending said lives. That human sacrifice has paved the way for so many of the "success" stories touted by the media.
And that's just a fraction of the 60+ million American children killed since Roe v. Wade by abortion.
And that's only a slice of the 60+ million babies aborted each year globally (more than all other causes of death worldwide combined), totaling more than one billion abortions in the last 50 years.
I wonder what all those people would say about Big Abortion if they were here.
