I don't want to harp on female police officers, because one of my aunts protects and serves and y'all are awesome so please don't roast me alive.

That being said, this is a great lesson in simple a biological truth that might be important for us as a civilization to note. Watch these two female police officers in Montreal try to detain the scrawniest perp north of the border:

Equipping our police outfits in this way – usually for the sake of "inclusion" and "diversity" – is only going to lead down a bad road. We need to have smart and robust staffing, training, and equipment practices to make sure the bad guys get caught and the good guys stay alive.
