Former Detroit Police Chief James Craig is beating Mitten Queen Gov. Whitmer by 6 points in a new poll

Her Royal Majesty must not be pleased:

Yeah, that's former Detroit Police Chief James Craig taking a direct shot at Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

The Queen is likely fuming at another display of ingratitude from her disloyal subjects!

Here's what the poll found:

The Trafalgar Group's poll showed that Craig holds 50.2% of favorability among potential Michigan general election voters, while Whitmer stands at 44.4%.

Over half of the voters surveyed, 53.45%, were affiliated with the Democratic Party, 35% with the Republican Party and the other 11% as Independent, according to the poll. An overwhelming majority, 81.6%, were white and over one-third fell between the ages of 45-64.

Craig made his announcement about running for governor in July:

"Let's talk about Gretchen Whitmer: She follows different rules. She just does. And then I can't help but think about the small businesses who are suffering through the pandemic, and now, you know, we want to give [people] handouts, and businesses can't even hire employees."

Of course, since Craig is a Republican, the woke will likely argue that Michiganders are racists for preferring this black conservative to the white leftist.

Craig launched his campaign during a Sept. 14 speech on Belle Isle, before being immediately disrupted by protesters with chants that the former police chief is "full of hate," The Detroit News reported.

Yes, it's "hateful" for a revered law enforcement leader to challenge the authority of a totalitarian governor!

I guess the Supreme Court of Michigan was "full of hate" for ruling against her twice in the last year, or that the people of Michigan were "full of hate" when they signed a petition en masse that allowed the legislature to strip her of her emergency powers!
