I briefly thought I had time travelled while watching this and then realized I was staring at Twitter and couldn't possibly be living in the 5th century. Also, no police officer of antiquity would be caught dead wearing yellow safety jackets and face masks.

Man, even the druids are rising up against lockdowns to celebrate their right to freedom of religion. Police had to remove hundreds of the new age "sun worshippers," who had gathered to celebrate the longest day of the year on Sunday.

Two observations from this video:

• Dumb ideas and ideology can last millennia.
• The fact that I'm siding with the druids here over the totalitarian government lockdowns speaks volumes about the stupidity of those currently in power!
