Investigators in DeKalb County, Alabama discovered a huge winemaking operation in the most unlikely (and unsanitary) of places.

The illegal winery was found at the Rainsville Wastewater Treatment Plant. The cops visited the location on Thursday based on an anonymous tip, according to Sheriff Nick Weldon. He also said that the winery appeared to have been in operation for a long period of time.

Alabama is wild, man.

"This is definitely one of the biggest operations we've seen in our county and possibly our state," Sheriff Welden said.
