Squishy Republicans! Pay attention!

Securing the border is popular with the American people, and this Texas thing is a winning issue.

A new Rasmussen poll reveals that among American voters nearly 7 out of 10 side with Texas against the feds when it comes to the ongoing border battle.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 69% of Likely U.S. Voters support Texas erecting barriers at the border to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing, including 53% who Strongly Support the action. Only 27% oppose Texas taking action to prevent illegal immigration, including 15% who Strongly Oppose the state's action.

I didn't even know if there was ANYTHING left in the country that 69% of Americans could agree on!

And yeah, I get that Rasmussen is disliked by the libs because they say it has a right-leaning bias. Even if we give the libs a wide margin of error, it ain't changing the fact that the vast majority of Americans support the Lone Star State.

Gov. Greg Abbott takes this as an extreme vote of confidence going forward.

The American people are tired of the crisis on the border and they want someone willing to do something about it.

This is THE issue in 2024. 😤
