He claims that it just means "many genders," and then shows us how he manifests each gender in the endless unicorn rainbow:

So... in summary, your gender is determined by how you dress.

Seriously. That is all that's happening here.

The dude pretends to be a woman, and at that moment he is a woman, based on his definition. And then he wears a hat and he's a dude. Then he wears a different shirt, and he's some other unnamed gender.

I didn't realize this is how science or philosophy works. I should have paid more attention in my transfiguration classes!

I hate to break it to the LGBTQ squad, but this dude is literally just playing dress-up and demanding we go along with whatever he's pretending to be.
