Portland cidermaker who cheered on Antifa riots to close taproom due to financial troubles

Oh the sweet sweet taste of irony. it's so good, isn't it?

Man, if this bro had only known that all of these riots would lead to less business and a generally rundown and rotten city I bet he'd never have promoted such a thing.

Let's look at a few of Nat West's previous posts to social media, shall we?

First and foremost,

This tweet came a year into these riots, so apparently West was more than comfortable with having his building vandalized. "Windows are windows," West had previously tweeted in the aftermath of an attack on the Oregon Historical Society museum.

More tweets before we get to the sweet stuff.

Ironic, considering the outcome we are about to get to here in a few.

West also has a daughter who was injured in one of these peaceful protests, probably because she was being so peaceful. This is the last tweet, I promise.

To give you a better perspective of how "progressive" West is, he also runs a beverage consulting company, where he charges $350 per hour for whites and $0 to $250 for BIPOC, or non-white producers.

And how did all of this supporting of riots and destruction work out for Mr. West (he's a he/him, I checked)?

Well…

Now, after just six months in its new southeast Portland location, West's Cider Taproom is closing down due to sustained financial losses from the last few years.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is called a reality check. Support local business destroyers and you will have your business destroyed. Very simple.
