Yes, that is an official statement by the Kroger chain Fred Meyer saying it had fired one of its security guards over allegations of "discrimination."
The security guard was called a "white supremacist" by Antifa activists online because, even though he is black, he supports powerful white men and their evil white supremacist colonialist ways. One of these included organizing a rally in 2015 to show that the Confederate flag is not a racist symbol.
Power to the people, comrades!

Portland, Ore. grocery store @fred_meyer/@kroger fired a black security guard named Andrew Duncomb after Antifa members made false accusations on social media that he is a "white supremacist." Duncomb was stabbed by one of their comrades in 2020 while live streaming their riot. That criminal case is still ongoing. The suspect in the stabbing is David Hampe, who has a prior conviction for possessing child sex abuse content. Fred Meyer, you owe Andrew & all Portlanders an apology for this appalling treatment of someone these extremists want dead.

Basically, this guard takes offense at communist terrorism, so he filmed their riot in 2020. One of them allegedly stabbed him, and ever since, they've been gunning for the guy.

Well it turns out that Duncomb has to work, so he got a job at Fred Meyer as a security guard.
Evidently, a few people in the Marxist mob figured it out on one of their weekly trips out of their moms' basements, and decided to dox the guy by showing that he was a Trump supporter who participated in some of the anti-Antifa events that groups like the Proud Boys participated in to stop the BLM riots in 2020.
This handicapped Antifa member, who participated in the violent riots, apparently was the one who filmed Duncomb in the store and said he felt like he was being harassed (the video has since been set to private on Twitter because of course).
Anyway, good job capitulating to the very worst of the violent woke mob, Kroger/Fred Meyer.
