Remember how the lab-leak theory was completely shut down on social media, only for officials to say last summer after the Fauci emails leaked that maaaaaybe it happened before the media swept the story under the rug?

The documents come from a report at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which were allegedly hidden in a top secret shared drive.

DARPA facilitates research in technology with potential military applications under the US Department of Defense

Project Veritas has obtained a report which stated that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, looking to obtain funding for Project Defuse to conduct gain of function research of coronaviruses from bats.

According to Project Veritas, the proposal was rejected by DARPA because it violated a gain of function research moratorium. Additionally, there were safety concerns.

According to the documents, NIAID, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, proceeded with the research at the Wuhan Virology Lab in China and at several sites other across the US.

If the info in this story is true, it's absolutely damning to Fauci and the American government.

And while that has to remain an "if" right now – there's no way to verify these documents for the moment – it's important to note that Project Veritas has never lost a lawsuit and has been able to defend its undercover stories from hundreds of attacks by powerful people.

Oh, the GOP Oversight Committee also released a document on Tuesday indicating that Dr. Fauci may have hidden information about gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.

My prediction is that conservatives will see this as vindication for being called "conspiracy theorists" the past two years while the Left will laugh it off as nonsense while they're in line for their 10th booster.

At the least, Americans should be talking about this stuff. A lot. Like, a lot a lot.

We should be making this a national conversation. We should CARE.

• Because a lot of people are dead... and many more will be dead from the millions upon millions of missed health screenings due to this virus.
• Because Big Pharma has made a killing selling a "cure" for this disease by using government to mandate their drugs.
• Because all of our lives have been insanely disrupted, with our kids masked up and our businesses shut down, while mental anguish, lost relationships, and addiction have skyrocketed.
• Because civil liberties and human rights have been violated en masse across the globe using the excuse of a virus to do so.
• Because the highest-paid employee in federal government has repeatedly lied to us while being called a darling hero of the media.

So instead of loving or trashing this story based on what you think about Project Veritas, get out there and discuss it.

Because the media won't.
