I gotta say, Rand Paul is easily my favorite member of Congress. I mean, it's not even close. He's just the best.

So on Wednesday, during a Senate hearing on DHS's new Ministry of Truth, it was no surprise to me when Paul just tore into DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas like a lion on a gazelle. He grilled him for a good seven minutes, which I'll link to below, but it was this exchange right here that really must've stung Mr. Mayorkas (and the establishment in its entirety).

Do you know who the greatest propagator of disinformation in the history of the world is? The U.S. government.

Are you familiar with McNamara? The Pentagon Papers? Are you familiar with George W. Bush and the weapons of mass destruction? Are you familiar with Iran-contra?

Based!

That's why I love Rand Paul. Dude just tells it like it is.

The only reason our government needs this disinformation board is so that they can continue to cover up their own disinformation and keep us all in the bubble most of us assume to be reality.

It's pretty obvious.

And it's a good thing we have politicians like Rand Paul who aren't afraid to say the things that need to be said in desperate times such as these.
