Remember the cake artist who got sued for not making a same-sex wedding cake? Welp, now he's being sued over a "gender transition" cake.

If you thought it would end at baking cakes for same-sex weddings, you were woefully wrong:

In 2018, the Supreme Court upheld cake artist Jack Phillips' right to not be forced into labor and services that go against his religious beliefs.

But that won't stop the Woke Monster.

The very idea of someone out there disagreeing with Wokism is infuriating to its religious devotees. This man has the GALL to believe teachings that have been held for thousands of years by billions of people.

Attorney Autumn Scardina started a new legal process against Phillips after she called him and wanted to order a cake that was blue on the outside and pink on the inside to celebrate a gender transition.

As a devout Christian who adheres to the Bible's teachings on both marriage and gender (shocker!), Phillips declined.

Scardina said she ordered the cake on the day the Supreme Court agreed to hear Phillips' first case, wanting to call what she thought was his "bluff."

She then filed a complaint with the state and the Orwellian Colorado Civil Rights Commission used it as further fodder to go after the Phillips.

The new trial began Monday.

There are those who create and those who destroy. I'll leave you to decide which side is better, and when the next lawsuit and the next lawsuit come on increasingly subjective terms of "discrimination," don't say I didn't tell you so.
