Y'all remember Ian Smith? The New Jersey gym owner who opened up during lockdowns and shrugged off hundreds of thousands in fines from the state?

Yeah, that guy was just totally vindicated and he has been cleared of all charges!

Dude is my hero! Ian Smith, along with co-owner Frank Trumbetti told the governor to stick his fines you know where and then turned around and won in the courts because the state tried to ruin their lives and shut down their business.

They were fined hundreds of thousands of dollars, then police arrested their clients, and then they faced legal and social pressure and court battles for nearly 4 years.

They came out on top.

But late last month, a municipal judge in Winslow Township dropped the charges โ€” following a nearly four-year legal battle, McCann told the outlet.

'It was a just decision,' McCann told The Post on Tuesday, adding that the pair were improperly charged by local authorities.

'[The town] was not acting in good faith.'

Never forget what the lockdown goblins tried to do to people who were determined to live their lives.

Hopefully, this is only the beginning. It's not enough that Smith and company should be cleared of wrongdoing, but retribution ought to find their persecutors as well.

Bring on the Covid lawsuits!
