Multiple outlets are reporting that a man driving a silver sedan plowed into a parked vehicle in Joe Biden's motorcade while the President was about to leave his campaign headquarters in Delaware.

This was not the vehicle that the President rode in, but one in the fleet that was parked and ready to depart with the President.

According to the DailyMail, the Secret Service pulled guns on the driver of the vehicle that collided with one of Joe Biden's armed limousines.

Here's video of the aftermath, you can hear the crash but cannot see the crash. You do, however, see the cops surround the car:

According to witnesses and photos from news crews, Joe Biden appeared to be in complete shock, hearing the loud crash as he was walking towards his vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle initially tried to drive away but was immediately surrounded by law enforcement, guns drawn, and complied with authorities.

This is a developing story and there are no indications so far that this was anything more than a traffic accident.
