Iran's trying to start WW3 but you haven't heard about it because the regime doesn't think attacks on US military members is a big deal or something:
If Iran or its proxies attack U.S. personnel anywhere, make no mistake: We will defend our people, we will defend our security, swiftly and decisively.
Those are strong words from Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, but they hold a little less water considering the fact that 24 service members were injured last week in rocket and drone attacks on U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria — attacks carried out by Iranian proxies.
I remember a guy who had more than strong words when Iran was hurting American service members:

Here's the scoop on this week (text below):
We learned yesterday from U.S. Central Command that U.S. service members in the Middle East have been attacked over 13 times in the past week by Iranian proxy drones and rockets, injuring 24 American troops.
20 were injured in Al-Tanf Garrison in Southeast Syria last Wednesday. All have returned to duty. Two drones targeted the base. U.S. forces intercepted one, the other broke up into pieces which fell on the base, causing the injuries...
On the same day as the Al-Tanf attack, a second Iranian proxy strike targeted U.S. troops at Al-Assad Base in Iraq. Four U.S. troops were injured. Separately, a U.S. defense contractor had a heart attack and died at Al-Assad base after hearing a warning alarm for a rocket that never arrived.
U.S. Central Command tells us there have been eight attacks of this nature in total over the past week.
Meanwhile, our commander-in-chief was out at his beach house over the weekend because apparently that's what leaders do in times of war.
Hopefully someone's paying attention on his behalf.
It's only a matter of time, especially considering we're sending more and more targets to the Middle East in order to deter these Iranian proxies, before one of these attacks sparks a response from the United States.
