I've never seen a question about policy be spun into the topic of vampirism before, but Joe went for it.

Is he, in this weird attempt at wit, implying that the idea of Dems wanting to defund the police is as much of a fringe conspiracy as the QAnon theory that global elites are pedophilic cannibals???

If so, I have a little bit of a reminder for Joe. While I can't remember a single GOP leader spouting off about Dems drinking the blood of kids, I do remember a rather long list of Dems who openly called for defunding the police...
