Rhode Island mom sues school board back after they tried and failed to shut her up for asking questions about kindergarten curriculum

This is an awesome update to a story we've covered a few times over the past few years.

We showed you how the National Education Association filed a lawsuit against Nicole Solas because she had the temerity to ask her school board what kind of nonsense they were pushing in her child's class.

She's been battling this lawsuit for multiple years now, and she even testified in Congress about it.

You can watch more of her story here:

The good news is, earlier this year, Nicole won, the NEA lost, the school district lost, and the plaintiffs covered Solas' legal fees.

And that brings us to today:

Solas won the battle, but now she's going to try to win the war.

The school district purposefully and forcefully abridged her First Amendment rights. They lost their case, and now they're going to face the full wrath of a scorned mama bear.
