Well, Hunter Biden may have not been allowed to get away so easily, but the feds have provided an escape route to Sam Bankman-Fried.

Federal prosecutors have moved to drop campaign finance charges against Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of crypto platform FTX and once a major donor to Democratic political campaigns.

In a letter to U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, prosecutors said the government "does not intend to proceed to trial on the campaign contributions count" citing treaty obligations with the Bahamas, which had extradited Bankman-Fried to the U.S. last December.

SBF is nothing but a scammer with a fake crypto platform who stole millions and then paid millions, possibly billions, to Democratic candidates in a campaign finance scheme.

The Department of Justice just so happened to find an excuse to not charge him. Not because they don't have evidence of a crime, but for some technical legal reason.

SBF still faces wire fraud charges and a few other federal crimes, but everything that's been brought up against SBF so far has been dropped.

He seems to be getting away with absolutely everything.
