SCOTUS rules the EPA can't regulate national emissions and industry, effectively ending its unlimited power trip

As of today, the federal government can't use the EPA to threaten businesses with closure if they don't follow the demands of an unelected bureaucracy.

Ah, what a way to end Pride month!

For decades, the EPA has been like the mob. The people aren't the ones setting the regulations, and neither is Congress. Instead, it's a random department of the executive branch that goes around telling businesses to get with the program or be closed down forever.

In theory, the EPA was supposed to help protect the environment. In actuality, the environment has become an excuse to ram ideological Marxist policy down everyone's throats in an attempt to remake the economy and get people to fall in line.

Look at how the clowns in the media responded:

"IN A BLOW TO THE FIGHT AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE"

Yes, because Mother Gaia is going to burn if a nation responsible for a fraction of the world's manmade emissions doesn't have unaccountable bureaucrats being used as the strongman for powerful suits in the White House.

The Court isn't ruling against the environment. It's ruling against tyranny. It's putting power, once again, back into the hands of the people.

In the long run, the environment will be better if tyrants don't turn the planet into a sci-fi dystopia for their own agenda.

Down with big government! ✊
