What's more, the Saints would, shortly after this call, draft a quarterback -- but not Shedeur.
Not only did Sanders drop out of the first round ...
... He went unselected on day two of the draft (rounds 2 and 3) as well. Add some salt to the wound with that never-to-be-forgotten prank call.
Shedeur was finally selected by the Browns on Saturday afternoon in the fifth round.
We'll see this fall if Shedeur can prove all the haters wrong.
