Starbucks is out here advertising "gender-affirming" healthcare to try to get people to work for them

Talk about a brand that knows to whom they're marketing!

Starbucks is advertising a free sex change surgery for any of their employees!

No, this isn't an exaggeration.

I'm not too shocked by this, of course, because it seems every coffee shop in America, especially Starbucks, is always manned by a blue-haired, hippie-dippie, non-binary they/them.

But they want you to know, if you fit this description you'll fit right in at Starbucks.

As a matter of fact, this has been Starbucks' policy since 2013, more than a decade ago.

They addressed the issue last year, shooting down "misinformation" around their insurance benefits including trans surgery and ensuring their employees that even if you're a part-time barista or baristo or baristx they'll gladly pay for you to get your privates mutilated!

Since 2013, Starbucks health insurance plans have included coverage for gender-affirming surgery. In 2018, Starbucks expanded health insurance plan coverage to include procedures that were previously considered cosmetic — including hair removal, facial feminization and hair transplants, among others...

In fact, Starbucks recently extended medical travel reimbursement coverage for individuals who are required to travel for access to gender-affirming care. The enhancement, extended to partners regardless of union status, provides any individual enrolled in Starbucks health insurance — including eligible dependents of partners — reimbursement for eligible travel expenses when gender-affirming care is not legally accessible in their state of residence and there are no doctors available within 100 miles of their residence.

They'll pay for you to drive out of state to have your breasts removed, your private parts clipped, or even your hair waxed and lasered off!

Talk about ... progress? Are we still trying to pretend this is progress?

Yeah, that seems about right!
