Well, we've actually got a little bit of good news from what has so far been a very disappointing Supreme Court season.

Anyone wanna guess the lone dissenting justice?

CHNV refers to the program that allowed countless individuals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to flow freely into the United States, largely unvetted and on the taxpayer's dime.

There were four different programs (one for each country) grouped into one controversial Biden-era policy.

President Trump revoked the legal status of these migrants, meaning that they are now here illegally per executive order. The court's 8-1 ruling establishes that lower courts cannot stop this function of the executive branch's authority.

Here's more from White House Press Secretary Leavitt on why Trump overturned this Biden policy.

An exceedingly rare W from the Supreme Court!
