Supreme Court upholds Oregon city's ban on camping in public spaces

Yo, we got another great Supreme Court ruling for you.

The court has just ruled in a 6-3 decision that the city of Grants Pass, Oregon, may enforce its ordinance that makes camping in public spaces illegal.

So now we can't just use the 8th Amendment to claim homeless people have the right to camp in whichever public space they'd like. And your city can freely punish this public space camping if they get a law on the books.

I can't forget to show you this dissenting opinion from the liberal justices.

Yeah, uhh...

What a Friday at the Supreme Court!
