Tennessee Representative Tim Burchett, from the great city of Knoxville, just laid waste to this journalist who asked a silly question.

The "journalist" asked if Burchett supported a government shut down like Donald Trump. Burchett didn't seem to understand the question exactly right, but when you see what he was looking at you'll forgive him for being distracted.

I do not- I do not!- support you wearing black socks with short pants.
