On Wednesday, however, Sen. Ted Cruz decided he'd respond to Warren's ludicrous plan with an even better (and historic) plan of his own:
Seriously, this is the best dang plan I've ever seen from a politician (at least since those dudes signed a piece of paper in 1776).
